Hymenocephalus longiceps és una espècie de peix de la família dels macrúrids i de l'ordre dels gadiformes.
Hàbitat
És un peix d'aigües profundes que viu entre 490-570 m de fondària.[4]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a l'Índic i a l'oest del Pacífic.[5][4][6][7][8][9][10][11]
