The 2024–25 FIBA Europe Cup is the 10th season of the FIBA Europe Cup, a European basketball competition for clubs launched by FIBA Europe.

The number of teams in regular season will be 40.

Niners Chemnitz will not defend the title since they are qualified for the 2024-25 Basketball Champions League.

Team allocation

A total of 54 teams are expected to participate in the 2024–25 FIBA Europe Cup season. FIBA Europe confirmed the 19 teams of the Basketball Champions League qualifying rounds had opted in to participate in the FIBA Europe Cup in case they do not reach the Basketball Champions League regular season, out of which a maximum of 18 could join the regular season.[1] [2] No team from Israel will participate in this competition two seasons in-a-row. It is also the first time that basketball team from Malta participates in international competition since the 1992–93 FIBA European Cup.
