Bonnie Brae is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Will County, Illinois, United States. It is in the northern part of the county and is bordered to the north, east, and south by the city of Lockport. It is 2 miles (3 km) northeast of the center of Lockport and 7 miles (11 km) north-northeast of Joliet.

Bonnie Brae was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.

Pace provides bus service on Route 832 connecting Bonnie Brae to downtown Lockport and other destinations.[3]
