Harper is an unincorporated community in the Township of Sandcreek, Decatur County, Indiana, United States.[2] It has an alternate name, Bigrest.[1][2]
History
The first post office, called Bigrest, opened in 1881.[3] Renamed Harper in 1882, the post office was discontinued in 1907.[4]
