Obory is a municipality and village in Příbram District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

The hamlet of Vápenice is an administrative part of Obory.

The name literally means 'game reserves'.

Obory is located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Příbram and 41 km (25 mi) south of Prague. It lies in the Benešov Uplands. The highest point is a nameless hill at 483 m (1,585 ft) above sea level. The brook Jindrovský potok flows through the municipality.

The first written mention of Obory is from 1572.^[2]

The I/18 road (the section from Příbram to Sedlčany) passes through the municipality.

Obory is poor in monuments. The only protected cultural monument is a Baroque calvary dating from 1727.^[5]
