The Philippine House Committee on Basic Education and Culture, or House Basic Education and Culture Committee is a standing committee of the Philippine House of Representatives.

- Libraries and museums
- National language
- Pre-school, elementary and secondary education
- Preservation and enrichment of Filipino culture
