Saligny-le-Vif (French pronunciation: [saliɲi vif]) is a former commune in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the commune Baugy.[2]

Geography

A farming area comprising a small village and a few hamlets situated in the valley of the river Yèvre, about 17 miles (27 km) southeast of Bourges, at the junction of the D42, D103 and the D72 roads.
