Shansitherium ("beast of Shanxi")[2] is an extinct genus of superficially moose-like or antelope-like giraffids from the late Miocene epoch of Shanxi Province, China. They are closely related to the genus Samotherium.

It should be B. Bohlin (Anders Birger Bohlin) the Bohlin quoted is a Swedish astronomer and B. Bohlin wrote a paper about the Giraffidae family (Bohlin, B., 1926.
