1 Broadway – Seventh Avenue Local adalah jalur angkutan cepat New York City Subway. Jalur ini ditandai dengan warna merah tomat pada markah stasiun, rute, dan peta kereta bawah tanah resmi, karena jalur ini beroperasi sepenuhnya di jalur IRT Broadway – Seventh Avenue Line.

Jalur 1 mengoperasikan kereta lokal sepanjang waktu antara Van Cortlandt Park – 242nd Street di Riverdale, Bronx dan South Ferry di Lower Manhattan. Jalur ini adalah satu-satunya di sistem ini yang memiliki stasiun layang di Manhattan (125th Street dan semua stasiun di sebelah utara dan termasuk Dyckman Street) dan koneksinya ke ketiga rute Select Bus Service (Bx12, M15 dan M34/M34A).
