Jalur Sihanouk adalah sebuah sistem suplai logistik di Kamboja yang digunakan oleh Tentara Rakyat Vietnam (PAVN) dan sekutunya Front Nasional untuk Pembebasan Vietnam Selatan (NLF, atau Viet Cong) pada Perang Vietnam (1960–1975). Antara 1966 dan 1970, sistem tersebut mengoperasikan tujuan yang sama dan melayani keperluan yang sama seperti halnya Jalur Ho Chi Minh yang lebih dikenal (Jalan Truong Son menuju Vietnam Utara) yang membentang di sepanjang bagian tenggara Kerajaan Laos.
