Ni'ilya adalah sebuah desa Palestina di Subdistrik Gaza. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang Arab-Israel 1948 pada 4 November 1948, dalam Operasi Yo'av. Desa tersebut berjarak 19 km dari timur laut Gaza di wilayah kota modern Ashkelon. Desa tersebut dipertahankan oleh Angkatan Darat Mesir.
