Qaqun (bahasa Arab: قاقون) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina yang berjarak 6 kilometer (3,7 mi) dari barat laut kota Tulkarm di satu-satunya pintu masuk menuju Gunung Nablus dari pesisir dataran Sharon.[1]

Bukti adanya pemukiman di Qaqun bermula dari zaman kekuasan Asiria di kawasan tersebut. Reruntuhan kastil Salibis dan Mamluk masih berdiri di situs tersebut.[2] Qaqun masih ditinggali oleh Arab sejak setidaknya awal zaman Mamluk[2] dan ditinggalkan pada serangan militer oleh pasukan Israel pada Perang Arab-Israel 1948.
