Rosamund Kwan Chi-Lam (關之琳, Kwan Ji-Lam, nama asli:關家慧, lahir 24 September 1962) adalah seorang aktris Hong Kong, anak dari aktor Kwan Shah dan aktris Cheung Bing Sai. Ia telah muncul dalam lebih dari 50 film. Di luar Hong Kong, ia dikenal karena perannya dalam film-film action bersama Chow Yun Fat, Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, dan Jet Li.
