Serigala mesir (Canis lupaster lupaster;[1][2] bahasa Inggris: egyptian jackal; "jakal mesir") juga disebut serigala afrika[3] sekarang terdaftar sebagai subspesies dari serigala emas[1] walau mungkin ia adalah subspesies dari serigala abu-abu atau merupakan spesies tersendiri. Hewan ini berasal dari Mesir, Libya, dan Ethiopia, meskipun pada zaman pasca Pleistosen persebaran mereka mencakup wilayah Palestina.[4]
