Rajat Bedi (lahir Rajat Narendra Bedi) ialah seorang pelakon filem, penerbit televisyen, usahawan dan pelagak ngeri Indo-Kanada yang terutama muncul dalam filem-filem Bollywood.^[2] Dikenali melalui peranannya sebagai Raj Saxena dalam filem Koi... Mil Gaya (2003), Bedi telah bekerja lebih daripada 40 filem, termasuk Rakht (2004), Khamoshh... Khauff Ki Raat (2005) dan Rocky - The Rebel (2006).^[3] Beliau juga merupakan orang India pertama yang mewakili India di Manhunt International pada tahun 1994.
