Alanin—glioksilat transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.44, AGT, alanin-glioksilatna aminotransferaza, alanin-glioksilna aminotransferaza, L-alanin-glicinska transaminaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-alanin:glioksilat aminotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-alanin + glioksilat piruvat + glicin
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
