Fosforibozilformilglicinamidinska ciklo-ligaza (EC 6.3.3.1, fosforibozilaminoimidazolna sintetaza, AIR sintetaza, 5'-aminoimidazol ribonukleotid sintetaza, 2-(formamido)-1-N-(5-fosforibozil)acetamidin ciklo-ligaza (formira ADP)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-(formamido)-N1-(5-fosforibozil)acetamidin ciklo-ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + 2-(formamido)-N1-(5-fosfo-D-ribozil)acetamidin ADP + fosfat + 5-amino-1-(5-fosfo-D-ribozil)imidazol
