Karnozinska sintaza (EC 6.3.2.11, karnozinska sintetaza, karnozin-anserinska sintetaza, homokarnozin-karnozinska sintetaza, karnozin-homokarnozinska sintetaza, L-histidin:beta-alanin ligaza (formira AMP)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-histidin:beta-alanin ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + L-histidin + beta-alanin {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } ADP + fosfat + karnozin

Ova enzim formira ADP.
