Kisela hidrolaza

Kisela hidrolaza (lizozomalna kisela lipaza) je enzim koji deluje pri kiselim pH vrednostima. On se normalno nalazi u lizozomima, koji su kiseli iznutra. Kisele hidrolaze mogu da budu nukleaze, proteaze, glikozidaze, lipaze, fosfataze, sulfataze i fosfolipaze. Postoji oko 50 degradativnih enzima u lizozimima koji razlažu biološke materijale.[1]
