Lizin-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.6, lizil-tRNK sintetaza, lizil-transfer ribonukleat sintetaza, lizil-transfer RNK sintetaza, L-lizin-transfer RNK ligaza, lizin-tRNK sintetaza, lizinska translaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-lizin:tRNKLis ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
