Sarkozin dehidrogenaza (EC 1.5.8.3, sarkozinska N-demetilaza, monometilglicinska dehidrogenaza, sarkozin:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza (demetilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sarkozin:elektron-transfer flavoprotein oksidoreduktaza (demetilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

sarkozin + H2O + elektron-transfer flavoprotein {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } glicin + formaldehid + redukovani elektron-transfer flavoprotein

Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FMN). Tetrahidrofolat je takođe supstrat, pri čemu se konvertuje u N5,N10-metilintetrahidrofolat.
