Cistein transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.3, cisteinska aminotransferaza, L-cisteinska aminotransferaza, CGT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-cistein:2-oksoglutarat aminotransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-cistein + 2-oksoglutarat merkaptopiruvat + L-glutamat
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
