Donax canniformis là một loài thực vật có hoa trong họ Marantaceae. Loài này được (G.Forst.) K.Schum. mô tả khoa học đầu tiên năm 1892.[2] Đây là loài duy nhất trong chi Donax (G.Forst.) K.Schum, phân bố phổ biến từ quần đảo Andaman, Myanmar (Burma), nam Trung Quốc, Đông Nam Á, New Guinea, Melanesia và Micronesia.[3]
